Hogwarts Legacy

Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-world action RPG set in the world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. This highly anticipated open-world, single-player, action RPG title from WB Games Avalanche in association with Portkey Games is coming out in 2022 on PC and consoles. Contributions as a Production Coordinator
I worked on Hogwarts Legacy as a production coordinator, assisting the VFX and Audio teams with their milestone and sprint planning, backlog maintenance, burndown chart analysis and documentation. In addition, I frequently collaborate with the Tutorial and Fast Travel teams on their production efforts.
VFX Team
- Created and maintained the Kanban board of the entire VFX team leading to focused stand-up and production meetings as well as well-defined sprint goals for the FX artists
- Planned sprint and milestone deliverables according to task priority resulting in a balanced spread of tasks over time
- Maintained documentation, weekly reports and burndown charts to present progress over time to directors and producers
- Drove meetings with mission producers and strike teams to get art direction clarifications, communicate chronological dependencies and promote a periodic review process
Audio Team
- Reorganized the Kanban board and Jira task spread of the audio team ensuring cleaner Jira reporting capabilities
- Aligned with the established process of ADR, scratch audio and EDL creation process to facilitate the team in sprint and milestone planning according to priority and timing locks
- Updated documentation to accurately reflect the progress, planning and process of the audio team keeping other disciplines such as cinematics aware of different audio component statuses
Tutorial Team
- Coordinated with the strike team lead to create and maintain the team's Jira tasks as well as updated documentation to correctly reflect the status information
Fast Travel Team
- Assessed and itemized the task structure of a critical universal in-game component creating well-documented Jira tickets and aiding the assignees understand the dependencies accurately
Documentation and Reports
- Created milestone reports based on the status of the missions, systems and components to provide stakeholders with an elaborate and accurate representation of the progress of the game
- Documented weekly reports on the status of the entire game based on the information provided by production leads and strike team producers
